We are dedicated to the revival and preservation of Native crafts and skills for future generations. Ilanka is the Alutiiq word for “family,” and we are pleased to share our heritage with you through museum quality art.
Your purchase helps support the work of the Ilanka Native Artists Consortium. Through the Consortium, individual artists promote their work through cooperative marketing efforts. We also facilitate the start-up of small cottage industries that ensure the survival of traditional skills by helping artists acquire raw materials.
