Description   This delicate hand woven basket was created by renowned Tlingit artist Teri Rofkar of Sitka, Alaska. Teri gathers and prepares all her own spruce roots and weaves them into beautiful replicas of baskets used by her ancestors. This example of a gathering basket is three inches in diameter.
